On our second full day in the beautiful city of Mashhad, you will be going to Toos, visit the mausoleum of Ferdowsi the great Iranian epic poet as well as a sightseeing tour in the urban areas of Mashhad where you can witness breathtaking scenes of thousands of pilgrims in one of the holiest cities of Shiite Islam.

Early morning drive to the city of Shahrud, an afternoon tour of Amirieh and the city tour.
Meat the Old Mosque
Excursion to Bastam to visit Bayazid Bastami Tomb then drive to Damghan, in this city, you will visit the oldest mosque of Iran which is Tarikhaneh, the ancient city of Hecatompylos, tappeh Hessar and Aramgah-e- Pir Almdar round tower.

A full-day tour of the capital, Tehran. Starting with a walking tour through the old part of Tehran and visiting the old Gate of Tehran, Golestan Palaces. We will then get more familiar with Persian Carpets at the Carpet Museum.

Drive to Qazvin, half-day city tour of Qazvin to visit Jame Mosque, Chehel Sotun Edifice
Soltanieh Dome
Drive to Zanjan via Soltaniyeh. The city of Soltaniyeh, the capital of the llkhanid dynasty, was founded by the Mongols. Situated in the province of Zanjan, Soltaniyeh is one of the outstanding examples of the achievements of Persian architecture and a key monument in the development of its Islamic architecture. The octagonal building is crowned with a 50 m tall dome covered in turquoise-blue faience and surrounded by eight slender minarets. It is the earliest existing example of the double-shelled dome in Iran. Upon arrival to Zanjan in the afternoon, we will visit Rakhtshoor-khaneh, Jameh mosque, its two pleasant teahouses, and fantastic bazaar.

In the morning we will drive to Tabriz. In the afternoon you will have a half-day city tour of Tabriz to visit Blue mosque, Shah-Goli Pavilion, Azerbaijan museum, and its magnificent bazaar.
A village in the heart of the mountain
Drive to the magnificent village of Kandovan, a Rocky Architectural Oddity in Iran. Kandovan is an 'off the touristy track' hub in Iran that is not only famous for its scenic beauty but also its uniqueness that comes from the fact that many of its homes have been made in caves located in cone-shaped rock-formation. Thus making the complete village look like a gigantic termite colony.
The End
In the early morning, we will transfer to Tabriz international airport for departure flight. Or if you want a departure from Tehran, you should have a domestic flight to Tehran and transfer to IKA airport for departure.
